The FCRC serves ALL families at York Elementary.  The FCRC offers referrals to services and community agencies for families. Schools receiving Federal or State Supplemental funds are required to distribute specific information to our families on an annual basis: Please see the Family Right to Know information letter and the Informed Notice letter.
